WorkWise Teen equips students with the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to succeed in the workforce. We prepare teens not just for their first job, but for a lifetime of growth, purpose, and opportunity.
WorkWise Teen began with a high school student’s huge interest in business and a desire to help others succeed. Seeing that many teens felt unprepared for the workforce, she created a program to teach real-world skills, boost confidence, and open doors to opportunity.
We host hands-on workshops that teach teens how to write resumes, ace interviews, and understand their workplace rights. We also donate business attire to those in need and are expanding our programs to schools and organizations across Orange County.
Allie is a high school student at JSerra Catholic High School, where she is enrolled in the DuPont Business Magnet program. Alongside her studies, she works as a partner in her parents' investment, property management and design companies, gaining firsthand experience in business operations, client relations, and event planning. Through her coursework and professional experiences, Allie has developed a strong understanding of the importance of people skills, professional interviews, and the lasting impact of appearance and attitude.
Passionate about empowering her peers, Allie is dedicated to teaching teens the value of networking, leadership, and advocacy—essential life skills often overlooked in traditional education. She hopes to inspire young people to build meaningful connections, take initiative, and confidently advocate for themselves in any environment.
